Don't just survive, THRIVE.
You’re the one everyone depends on. The one who gets things done, shows up, and keeps it all together on the outside. But internally, it’s a different story. Your mind doesn’t slow down. You overthink conversations, replay decisions, and carry a constant sense of pressure to “get it right.”
If you’re neurodiverse, this can feel even more exhausting navigating a world that wasn’t designed for how your brain works, masking to fit in, and feeling misunderstood or “too much” in certain spaces. Add in anxiety, low mood, or a major life transition, and it can start to feel overwhelming just to keep up.
I work with high achieving adults who are tired of functioning in survival mode. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship challenges, or big life changes, therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out.
Together, we focus on quieting the mental noise, reducing overthinking, and helping you feel more grounded and in control. Using a blend of CBT, mindfulness, and practical strategies, I help you build emotional regulation skills, set boundaries without guilt, and move through life with more clarity and confidence without losing your drive or ambition.
You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. You deserve more than just to survive, you deserve to thrive.
